Child safety standards
Last updated: October 19, 2026
KICXS Social prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to everyone using the KICXS Social app and website, including profiles, posts, images, videos, live streams, messages, groups, and marketplace activity. A child is anyone under 18.
Content and behavior we prohibit
You must not create, upload, possess for distribution, share, request, advertise, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual exploitation of a child. This includes sexual imagery of children, including computer-generated or manipulated material; sexual grooming; sexual solicitation of children; sextortion; trafficking of children for sexual purposes; and links or instructions that enable this abuse.
Attempts to normalize, encourage, coordinate, or profit from child sexual abuse or exploitation are also prohibited. These rules apply regardless of the user's age or whether content is shared publicly or privately.
Report a child safety concern
Use the report option on content or profiles where available, or open the child safety report form in the app or website. Include the relevant username, content link, and a brief description.
You can also contact KICXS support at support@kicxssocial.com with the subject “Child safety concern”. This contact is available without a KICXS account.
Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected CSAM to a report. Provide identifying links or account details instead. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Report a safety concernReview and enforcement
KICXS Social reviews child safety reports and takes action on violations. When we become aware of CSAM on our service, we remove it or disable access. Enforcement may include removing content, restricting features, suspending or terminating accounts, and taking action against accounts that facilitate exploitation or attempt to evade enforcement.
We handle reports with care and limit disclosure of personal information to what is needed to investigate, protect children, and meet legal obligations.
Child protection and legal reporting
KICXS Social complies with applicable child safety laws. We report apparent child sexual abuse and exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority as required by law, preserve relevant information when legally required, and cooperate with lawful requests from child protection and law enforcement authorities.
