5. Commercial Advertising & Promotion

Commercial advertisements on For You and Community feeds are strictly prohibited. All commercial advertising must go through our official Advertiser Portal.
Violations:
- 1st offense: Content removal + warning
- 2nd offense: 90-day suspension
- 3rd offense: 1-year or permanent ban
Personal promotion, small business sharing, and educational content are allowed organically. For commercial advertising opportunities, use our Advertiser Portal.
6. Creator Monetization & Rewards
- Creator features unlock at 3,000 followers
- Loyalty reward system with point accumulation
- Revenue sharing opportunities for qualified creators
- Virtual gifts and tip system
- Marketplace commission structure
- Payment processing through PayPal integration
7. Marketplace Terms & Merchant Responsibilities
🚫 Strictly Prohibited Items & Activities
- Counterfeit Products: Fake copies, replicas, or unauthorized reproductions
- Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, designs, or content
- Trademark Violations: Using protected brand names, logos, or trademarks without permission
- Stolen Goods: Items obtained illegally or without proper ownership
- Illegal Items: Weapons, drugs, prohibited substances, or regulated materials
- Fraudulent Listings: Misrepresented items, fake descriptions, or deceptive practices

Selling prohibited items or violating marketplace terms may result in:
- Immediate Listing Removal: Items violating policies will be removed instantly
- Marketplace Suspension: Temporary or permanent selling privileges revocation
- Account Termination: Complete platform ban for serious violations
- Legal Action: Cooperation with authorities for illegal activities
- Financial Liability: Responsibility for damages, legal fees, and losses
8. Privacy & Data
